Corporations

A corporation is defined as a group of enterprises with one dominating and one or more dependent companies under a unified management. Companies are to be understood as being under a single management, if a control contract is in place or integration has happened. In addition, legally independent companies pursuant to § 18 AktG are also to be considered as a corporation if they are dependent on the other company (Source: Gabler Wirtschaftslexikon). Corporations are thus relatively unstable and complex in their structure, often international issues are to be considered.

Since the requirements and structures of a corporation are constantly changing, the consultant must be able to understand the changing of these complex structures, be experienced and demonstrate adaptability. Also international communication ability is an absolute necessity in this field.

We are delighted to have already gained corporations for our consulting services. Our consultants are able to adapt to the complex, fast-moving structures of a group and to communicate efficient solutions.
